ATP Monte Carlo Live On TV

ATP Monte Carlo 2025 Prediction
The first big clay tournament of the season kicks off in Monte Carlo, at the ATP Monte Carlo Masters. Even though it's, let's say, the "little Masters" of them all — both in prize money and draw size — the tournament is still one of the most important stops on the European clay calendar.
The event has been dominated by Rafa Nadal in the past (11 titles), and more recently by Stefanos Tsitsipas, who has won it three times, including last year’s edition.
Alcaraz Top Favorite, Djokovic Second
The clear top favorite this year is Carlos Alcaraz. It’s a bit surprising, given that Alcaraz hasn’t done particularly well so far this season — he only has one indoor title in Amsterdam and disappointing showings in both Indian Wells and Miami. He's seeded second, but his chances of winning are estimated at 26%, compared to only 10% for Novak Djokovic, the second favorite and the third seed.
Djokovic had a strong run in Miami, where he came close to claiming his 100th ATP title. Given his age, one could say he’s having a solid season. The Serbian is credited with a 10% chance of taking the title — still far behind Alcaraz.
Next in line is Stefanos Tsitsipas, the defending champion. The Greek sits at a 7% chance of winning, even though he’s seeded sixth. Tsitsipas won Dubai this year and, of course, will be highly motivated to defend the title and points he earned last year in Monte Carlo. There's a strong incentive for him to push hard this week.
First Seed Zverev Only Fourth Favorite
With Jannik Sinner absent, Alexander Zverev enters as the top seed—but he's only the fourth favorite to win the tournament. There's good reason for that: aside from his run to the Australian Open final, the German hasn't had much to show this season. Although Zverev is a solid clay-court player, he currently appears to be out of form.
We can't predict who will win — and neither should you place any early bets. We have two young players with strong potential (Alcaraz and Zverev), but both seem to be struggling for rhythm. Then there’s Djokovic, still very capable of winning and recently showing good form, but he could be physically challenged against younger opponents. And finally, there’s Tsitsipas, who might just be the one again this year, but it’s too early to tell.
