French Open 2024 Prize Money Reaches Record €53.48 Million

The French Open 2024 prize money has hit a record high of €53,478,000, a 7.82% increase from 2023.

Significant Prize Increase For Qualifiers at Roland Garros 2024

Both the men's and women's champions will receive €2,400,000, up 4.35% from last year. Runners-up will earn €1,200,000, also a 4.35% increase. The largest boosts in prize money are in the qualifying rounds, with first-round losers now earning €20,000, a 25% increase from the previous year.

2024 Prize Money for Singles

In the singles tournament of Roland Garros, the prizes for the men's and women's competitions are the same. Here's a breakdown:
  • Winner: €2,400,000
  • Runner-up: €1,200,000
  • Semifinal: €650,000
  • Quarterfinal: €415,000
  • Round 4: €250,000
  • Round 3: €158,000

For doubles, the prizes are smaller compared to singles. Also, note that the total prize money will be split among the team (two players).
